Spiritual Maturity?
IMMATURE:
They are tossed all over the map based on the day they’re having.
Have beliefs that are based on opinions and “I think” statements.
Talk as if God exists for them. They do not see themselves existing for Him.
Talk and think as if their salvation rests on their shoulders. They think their right standing with God is based on their spiritual performance.
They cherish zeal, but pity knowledge.
MATURE:
They are constant in all circumstances.
Clear in their understanding of the Gospel. We may struggle and have to remind ourselves, but we know that our right standing is not based on spiritual eliteness but by the Grace of God.
They cherish being passionate about their Savior. But they also have passion to know Him more.
